Episode 3 of alien-who-is-actually-a-normal-human-but-is-cute-nonetheless anime Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko (DOSO!). A lot of ridiculousness and some ero action (verbally, most of the time). Meme seems to have taken a liking to Makoto:

I like where this is going… Question to all female readers: would you do that just to tease someone else or can this be interpreted as “MOAR!!!11”?

Makoto analyzes Erio’s behavior and past (STALKER!). He intends to get rid of her alien delusions by having her agree to “becoming a human” if she cannot fly as she said she can. His plan is to scare Erio by speeding down a slope with the old bike and slowing down the last second. Unfortunately, the brakes won’t work and he cannot slow down.

After they both fell down into the sea Erio actually does acknowledge that she cannot fly and realizes she is merely a human. She also seems pretty upset about Makoto forcing the truth onto her and talks a lot, without her funny way of pronunciation.

My thoughts if I were in his shoes: “Please dear god, kill me right this instant!”

Meme sure has her fun with Makoto. That poor guy gets seduced by his hot-ass aunt he barely even knows, reacts in a way many healthy man would, only to get embarrassed the shit out of him by said aunt.

I like where the story is going. Makoto finally got a bit closer to Erio and I’m interested to see what’ll happen next. Apparantly, there will be nurses next episode. Nurses! This has to be good.

Makoto is getting reverse-eye-raped by Meme

The episode starts with a lot of nonsense spouted in a minimum amount of time. Also, Erio being an alien was also utter nonesense. Apparantly they actually do intent to make this into a comedy drama (+ possibly romance).

In any case, there are two new players on the board: Mifune Ryuuko, a lively, cute and weird girl picking up Makoto.

Why would you even want to, anyway?

The other new player is Maekawa, who is a tall girl that gets dizzy when she holds her arms over her head for longer than ten seconds. She also tells Makoto that Erio was missing for half a year and started claiming she is an alien after that. Maekawa’s first name isn’t revealed and she cosplays at night for no particular reason. Meme later tells Makoto that Erio also lost all of her memories of the time she was missing.

I really like how Makoto comments his ridiculous situations in his mind. It gives you a laugh almost every time.

I kinda lost interest in Nichijou as far as blogging is concerned. It’s just so random you can’t really write anything about it that makes sense to people who didn’t watch the show.

Maybe I’ll make a post about it on occasion, but nothing on a regular basis.

The story revolves around Niwa Makoto, who has to live with his aunt Touwa Meme (Jojo) since his parents are abroad all the time.

He is pretty happy about that since he was living somewhere pretty remote and starts to fantasize about how he will get better chances with the girls simply because there are way more than where he lived before. He has a picture of his aunt so he can recognize her, but it seems to be from a time when she was still in school, so he wonders if it will be of use to him. However, Jojo apparently hasn’t aged a day (she is 39 years old? Seriously?)

When they arrive at Meme’s home, Makoto gets pretty disturbed about a girl lying on the floor rolled up in a futon and Jojo utterly ignoring that while trying to act cute, which disturbs Makoto even more. During dinner, Makoto frequently hits the “fishroll” to get an answer out of Meme as to who the “fishroll” is. Meme claims she is her daughter, Touwa Erio.

I love how Erio interacts in her futon almost the whole episode. Especially the pizza-scene was epic. I just wonder why aliens in anime almost always are either bloodthirsty monsters seeking to eradicate humanity or super-cute girls (not that I mind that).

This episode was mainly a prologue to set the foundation for further plot development, so apart from describing Makoto’s and Meme’s situation, there doesn’t really happen much.

Saying “Daru is a fat ass” just doesn’t cut it, huh?

What does this get us now? A tsundere tensai hentai shoujo? This is getting better by the minute.

A great episode with lots of lulz and plenty of screentime for Kurisu (you can even see her pantsu!). Seeing her trying to make sense out of Okarin and being dragged around by him is actually quite fun.

There isn’t much actual progress in the story this episode, except that they found the IBN 5100 at Ruka’s shrine. Strangely, it has been donated to the shrine ten years ago, with the donator saying a young man will someday need it.

Kurisu totally thinks Ruka is female:

Who cares if Ruka is male? I’d do him anyway. Delicious trap is delicious!

Even though there isn’t much progress in the story, I certainly did enjoy this episode very much.
